The architecture of the hotel and the rooftop space. Room great with good bed and walk-in shower. We did not book breakfast so I have no comment on this.
The windows were fixed and the air conditioning was preset at a level which was inadequate for the amount of heat entering the room through the day. Consequently this required the a/c to be switched on full when we went to bed, resulting in us waking up cold during the night. But we made no complaint was made during the stay.
Our room was just behind Sagradafamilier! big, clean, comfortable room. great, fresh breakfast. I would like to stay this hotel again if I have chance.
Very nice hotel excellent view to Sagrada Familia.
Fantastic location, very helpful staff, very clean.
Wi fi doesnt work with ipad
Every thing is good.
Loaction close to trouist attraction. A lot of good restaurant around. Transporation is very convenient.
Everything was great. Close transportation points, good conections to every part of city. Just a cros of Sagrada Familia
close to city center locations
Could not find, other than BBC broadcasting, english speaking tv channel. Would suggest CNN world wide network.
The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpfull. Esp. Adria who recommended a very nice nearby restaurant La Acupolo. But the others were also very friendly and helpfull. They even lent us umbrella´s for the day it rained. The breakfast buffet was excellent with o.a. Nespresso coffee and a choice of eggs the way you want them. The beds were great. We slept like babies! The airco was really good to. We enjoyed the view of Sagrada Familia.
We discovered that some hotels offer discounts on the Turistic Buses but this one doesn´T. We als didn´t know you could buy tickets at the reception desk. They don´t offer discounts nor tickets for the entrance to nearby Sagrada Familia. Some of the towels were old and fraied and in some of the sheets there were even holes! Paint was also chipped off in parts of the furniture. We found that rather disappointing for such a design hotel and for the price we had paid for the room.. The music that was played in the hallway you can hear in the rooms and that was distracting sometimes. The music gets turned off at midnight or if you call reception. There was no information to be found about how the TV works. We discovered later that you can press a button that switches the languages from Spanish to English!
Spectacular location overlooking Sagrada Familia Cathedral
Small room with squeaky door and shower hinges.
Convenient for Sagrada Familia and close to transport links.
Beds are very diem
We spent four nights in an executive double. The room was cleaned and decorated to a very high standard. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia Metro station and church. We will certainly be going back to this hotel.
We paid an average of 130 Euro per night for the room only. I feel that we should have got breakfast for amount.
The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially German. The breakfast is simple , but great. The view is great from the room.
We wanted to have an iron in the evening but there was no chance to get any.
Carles on the front desk was a wealth of information and most helpful . Our room was upgraded so that out of our front window was La Sagrada Familia. The Breakfast Buffet was complete with hot and cold items and opened at 7 AM. The cost was more than what you could get outside of the hotel but the convenience and the ability to get an early start compensated for the cost. If you wanted to start the day with a big breakfast it was well worth it.
